New decade. New rules.
About
Ten years have passed since the original Woodsboro massacre, and Sidney Prescott has finally begun to reclaim a sense of normalcy in her life. Now an accomplished author, she returns to her hometown on the final stop of a promotional book tour for her memoir about overcoming trauma. Her arrival, however, coincides with the resurgence of a terrifying legacy. As Sidney reconnects with old friends who have also weathered the storm of the past, a new generation of high school students finds themselves caught in a nightmarish game. A relentless, masked figure known as Ghostface has emerged once again, wielding a blade and a penchant for deadly horror movie trivia. The town that once became synonymous with fear is plunged back into chaos as the killer begins stalking a new circle of teenagers, blurring the lines between past tragedies and fresh bloodshed. As the body count climbs, the small community is forced to confront the chilling reality that the rules of survival have evolved, and the nightmare they thought was buried in the history books is far from over. Everyone is a potential suspect, and as the town is placed under lockdown, the residents must figure out who is behind the mask before the next victim is claimed in this high-stakes game of cat and mouse.
