Get over it.
About
When a crafty raccoon named RJ wakes up from his winter slumber to find his food stash accidentally destroyed, he discovers himself in a precarious position with a formidable wilderness bear. Desperate to settle his debt, RJ stumbles upon a group of suburban forest creatures who have just emerged from hibernation to find their woodland home shrunken and surrounded by a vast, imposing human subdivision. The animals, led by a cautious turtle named Verne, are initially terrified of the sprawling manicured lawns and the strange, brightly colored structures that have encroached upon their territory. Seeing a golden opportunity to solve his own problem, RJ manipulates this naive, mismatched family into venturing over the thorny hedge that separates their shrinking woods from the dangerous, food-filled human world. As the group explores this strange new environment, they encounter a variety of suburban hazards while attempting to scavenge enough supplies to satisfy the raccoon's debt. What begins as a cynical scheme slowly transforms into a journey of discovery for RJ, as he experiences the genuine bonds of companionship and protection within a group that cares for one another despite their individual quirks. As the creatures navigate the bizarre habits of their human neighbors, they must balance their hunger with the constant threat of discovery, leading to a high-stakes adventure where the lines between the wild and the suburban blur. Through this chaotic escapade, the animals must learn to work together, face their fears of the unknown, and decide what truly matters when the comforts of life are pitted against the importance of belonging.
