About
Roddy St. James is a pampered pet mouse living the high life in a posh Kensington townhouse, enjoying every luxury imaginable while his owners are away on vacation. His sheltered existence is turned upside down when a boisterous, uninvited sewer rat named Sid emerges from the kitchen sink and decides that Roddy’s home is far too good for a simple house pet. In a desperate attempt to evict the unwanted guest, Roddy tries to trick Sid into taking a dip in the whirlpool, only to find himself on the wrong end of the drain. Suddenly flushed away from his opulent life, Roddy finds himself transported to the bustling, subterranean world of Ratropolis, a sprawling city built beneath the streets of London. As he struggles to adapt to the grime and chaos of the sewers, he encounters a street-smart scavenger named Rita, whose prized boat becomes the only way Roddy can hope to find his way back to the surface. However, their mission is anything but simple, as they find themselves pursued by the formidable Toad, a power-hungry villain who rules over the sewer with a malicious agenda. Accompanied by the Toad’s bumbling henchmen, Spike and Whitey, this motley crew is swept into a high-stakes adventure where Roddy must learn to trade his refined sensibilities for grit and determination if he ever wants to see the light of day again.
