Déjà vu is thought to be a trick of the mind... but what if it's not?
About
Following the devastating aftermath of a catastrophic explosion that rips through a crowded ferry in the heart of New Orleans, veteran ATF agent Doug Carlin is brought in to lead the forensic investigation. As he meticulously combs through the wreckage for clues to identify the perpetrator, Carlin finds himself recruited into an elite, clandestine government unit that possesses a revolutionary surveillance technology. This experimental device, known as Snow White, does not merely record the past but allows observers to witness a window into the past through a complex, time-shifting stream of data. While the team intends to use this equipment to reconstruct the tragedy and apprehend the terrorist responsible, Carlin becomes increasingly obsessed with the life of a young woman whose mysterious connection to the crime seems to bridge the gap between observation and intervention. As he immerses himself in the surveillance footage, he finds himself grappling with the moral and physical implications of manipulating the flow of time. With the clock ticking and the shadow of the tragedy looming, Carlin must decide if the technology can be used to alter the course of history and prevent the horror from ever unfolding, leading him on a desperate race against a past that refuses to stay buried. He must navigate the blurred lines between duty and obsession, ultimately questioning whether the laws of cause and effect can truly be defied in the pursuit of justice.
