About
Liam Page is a globe-trotting country music superstar who seemingly has it all, yet he finds himself haunted by the life and the woman he abandoned ten years ago. Driven by a sudden, jarring encounter with his past, Liam returns to his sleepy hometown in Saint Augustine, Louisiana, a place he has spent a decade trying to outrun. His arrival is met with deep-seated resentment from the community and, most importantly, from Josie, the woman he left standing at the altar on their wedding day. As Liam attempts to navigate the unfamiliar territory of his own history, he must reconcile the man he has become with the boy he used to be. The film explores the friction between the allure of fame and the longing for authentic connection, forcing Liam to confront whether he can truly make amends for his departure or if the bridges he burned are forever destroyed. Surrounded by the landscape of his youth and the people he once called family, Liam faces the daunting task of earning back trust while realizing that his music may have been a substitute for the love he foolishly walked away from, setting the stage for a poignant journey of redemption, forgiveness, and the difficult reality of coming home.
