Who's afraid?
About
In the secluded village of Daggerhorn, nestled deep within the shadows of a jagged, mist-shrouded forest, the residents live in constant terror of a predatory werewolf that has haunted their land for generations. Valerie is a young woman torn between her deep, secret love for the brooding outsider Peter and the practical expectations of her parents, who have betrothed her to the wealthy Henry. Just as Valerie and Peter resolve to flee their stifling lives together, a brutal tragedy strikes the village when the werewolf slays Valerie's sister. This act of violence shatters the fragile peace, leading the town to summon a renowned witch hunter to eliminate the threat once and for all. As the full moon approaches and paranoia spreads through the community like a contagion, Valerie begins to realize that her own life is strangely intertwined with the beast. She finds herself caught in a web of suspicion and danger, serving as a focal point for the villagers' fears and an unwitting lure for the creature that stalks the woods. With trust becoming a luxury no one can afford, Valerie must navigate the shifting loyalties of her neighbors and the enigmatic nature of her own connection to the monster to determine who, if anyone, can be saved from the darkness.
