How far would you go to fix human nature?
About
In Spiderhead, a prisoner named Jeff is transferred to Spiderhead, a highly advanced penitentiary where inmates are treated like test subjects for pharmaceutical experiments overseen by the charismatic scientist Dr. Steve Abnesti and his team. The facility is designed to monitor and control human emotion with experimental drugs, turning psychological experience into a carefully managed regimen. As Jeff participates in successive trials intended to measure and manipulate fear, pleasure, and other responses, he begins to question not only what the tests are for, but also how much choice he truly has and what risks the program may be hiding beneath its clinical atmosphere. With the lines between consent, survival, and science increasingly blurred, Jeff’s growing suspicion creates a tense conflict: whether compliance will protect him, or whether uncovering the truth about Spiderhead’s real purpose could cost him everything.
