Two's company, three's a crime.
About
In this high-stakes romantic crime caper, charismatic bank robber Joe Blake and his hypochondriac partner Terry Collins stage a daring prison break to launch their own unique brand of highway robbery. Rather than resorting to violence, the duo relies on a meticulous and unconventional method to hit banks across Oregon and California, all while plotting their ultimate escape to a peaceful life in Mexico. Their meticulously organized world is suddenly upended when they cross paths with Kate Wheeler, a frustrated housewife who accidentally crashes her car into them during a flight from her own mundane existence. What begins as an involuntary abduction quickly evolves into an unlikely partnership as Kate joins the pair on their cross-country spree. As the trio navigates the escalating pressure of a nationwide manhunt, the dynamic between them grows increasingly complex. The central conflict intensifies as Joe and Terry find themselves vying for Kate’s affection, creating a volatile triangle that threatens to jeopardize their freedom and their elaborate plans for the future. Amidst the thrill of the chase and the tension of the law closing in, the outlaws must decide whether their new bond is worth the risk of losing everything they have fought so hard to obtain.
