Sir Lionel Frost, a flamboyant and self-proclaimed investigator of myths and monsters, spends his days desperately seeking validation from the stuffy, elite adventurers of London who refuse to take his findings seriously. Convinced that proving the existence of a legendary creature will finally earn him the respect he craves, he embarks on a perilous expedition to the dense wilderness of the Pacific Northwest. There, he unexpectedly encounters the Sasquatch, an articulate and surprisingly lonely beast who turns out to be the fabled missing link. Far from being a mindless monster, the creature, who calls himself Susan, seeks Lionel's help to travel to the distant valley of Shangri-La, where he hopes to find his long-lost yeti relatives. Together, this mismatched pair sets off on a globetrotting journey that tests their resolve and forces them to navigate treacherous landscapes, social barriers, and the challenges of forging an unlikely friendship in a world that is not yet ready to believe in the impossible.
