This freak occurrence results in the catastrophic erasure of every single magnetic videotape in the store’s inventory. Facing the imminent loss of their customer base and the potential shutdown of the business, the duo faces an urgent dilemma when their most loyal patron, an elderly woman struggling with memory loss, requests a specific Hollywood classic that has now been wiped clean. To prevent her from discovering the truth and to maintain the store’s reputation, Mike and Jerry concoct a desperate plan to recreate the missing film from scratch using nothing but their limited resources, amateur props, and boundless imagination.
