A savvy, free-spirited surfer with a talent for reading the ocean finds her freedom abruptly severed when a shark-obsessed serial killer abducts her and brings her out to sea. The capture takes place aboard the killer’s unsettling boat, where the rhythms of tides and distant waves are replaced by careful control and unnerving obsession. Confined and watched, she must quickly adapt to a hostile environment that offers no safe footing and no easy help, while the killer’s ritualistic fixation with the sharks below turns every moment into a countdown.
