About
Mouna is a fiercely independent woman who finds herself increasingly trapped and overwhelmed by the suffocating nature of her husband Yaazhan’s constant, hovering affection. After five years of marriage, his relentless devotion has evolved from a gesture of love into a source of emotional confinement that leaves her yearning for her own space. Desperate to reclaim her autonomy but unable to find a clean path to separation, Mouna devises an unorthodox and risky plan. She decides to enlist the services of Malarvizhi, a charismatic and highly sought-after psychologist, to intentionally seduce Yaazhan. The goal is to manipulate him into falling for someone else, thereby creating the necessary distance for Mouna to exit the marriage without the weight of guilt. As the three characters become inextricably linked through this charade, the boundaries between professional counseling and personal interference begin to blur. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Chennai, the film explores the complexities of modern relationships, the fine line between adoration and obsession, and the unforeseen consequences that arise when one tries to manufacture the trajectory of the human heart. What begins as a calculated strategy to escape a stifling domestic life quickly descends into a chaotic emotional entanglement, forcing everyone involved to confront the true nature of their desires and the fragility of their commitments.
