There is something under the ice…
About
Deep in the frozen, unforgiving wilderness of Northern Canada, a small team of archaeologists establishes a remote research camp to investigate a mysterious site that promises to rewrite human history. Upon uncovering an ancient, non-natural structure buried beneath the permafrost, the researchers soon realize they have disturbed something that defies conventional archeological explanation. As the harsh winter climate sets in, their primary link to the outside world is severed, leaving the group completely isolated in the desolate landscape. Tensions begin to mount as the vast, indifferent wilderness takes its toll on their collective psyche. What begins as a routine excavation quickly transforms into a claustrophobic struggle for survival as the researchers find themselves descending into paranoia and uncertainty. Surrounded by an endless expanse of ice and rock, the team must confront not only the environmental dangers of their surroundings but also the growing suspicion that they are no longer alone in the dark, silent expanse of the mountain side. As their mental fortitude begins to crumble, the line between reality and hallucination blurs, forcing them to question the true nature of the discovery they have unearthed.
