In early 1980s Hell’s Kitchen, the massive Javits Center construction project opens a lucrative new front in a neighborhood already defined by power, loyalty, and violence. As competing interests move to claim their share of the money, the uneasy balance between the Irish gang known as the Westies and the Mafia begins to crack, exposing a generational divide within the criminal world itself. With old rules losing their grip and new ambitions pushing into the vacuum, the struggle for control draws the attention of the FBI and sets the stage for a tense, high-stakes battle over territory, profit, and survival.
